[QUOTE]From doing I spy swaps for awhile now I know that people differ so much as to what I spy fabric looks like.........I carry around with me a cut out 5" square from a cereal box to audition fabric before purchasing ...nothing like getting a square with half an image in it ..........I've actually gotten the backend of a cow and nothing else in the square............so all I ask is to consider the image size.......[QUOTE]]

"the backend of a cow "---hee hee!

Last year I got a red square with a zebra the size of a quarter along the edge. Most of the poor beastie would have ended up in the seam allowance! Good thing I had some other fabric to use as replacement....

This is why i don't want little bitty prints. If you can't see them or not fussy cut, what do you do with the block? I've seen way to many like this. I like to send what I like to get back. I like to make everyone happy as I can.

All set. I cut my fabrics, ironed and put in sandwich bags 20 per bag. I will mail them tomorrow along with the required returned postage. Thanks again for sponsoring this swap so I can finish my I spy quilt for my grand niece.

May I ask , why do you want unwashed fabric?I would love to join in this swap , but I always wash my fabrics when they come into the house, for obvious reasons.

Personally I would totally put a cows bum in an iSpy! My kids would get a kick out of it and, in my opinion... These are mostly for kids right? What I wasn't a fan of was when I got beer bottle. A little hard to pass the one I got off as root beer.

Yes these are for children but honestly I don't want just a bum in a block and I know others are the same way. I do know each there own as well as to pre wash or not. The last swap I was in I can't tell you how many complained about it. So sense there is so many out there that would rather fussy cut that is what I choose. I never pre wash my fabric for I have never had a problem as to some wash everything that comes through there door. I don't have a problem with pre wash fabric as long as you don't mind getting back not pre wash fabric. I personally don't wash it before hand.

I believe we have so far 13 to have signed up.i will get a list together tonight and post it. Just haven't had the time to.

Murphy1 I received your charms today. I sent you a pm.

Please make sure you count your blocks and that you have correct number. Also if you provide your own envelope with postage make sure you include money for delivery confirmation back to you. Or I will mail as is. I am getting the flat rate envelope from the post office to mail back and I believe delivery confirmation Is included. I will call post office today just to double check. I'm sure most of you already know. That's the way it was the last time I mailed.
