I'm going to add it to the top of my bed.
I think it will look perfect there!
Laying there, overlooking the balcony, staring at the ocean.
What else could a quilt top want? lol

I think it will need at least my 4 house cats to sleep on it!! You don't have enough cats! And...it will need good growing weather and farm land...it is a grape arbor you know...grapes don't grow good near salt water.

Big Boy is the size of 3 cats, so him plus Monique equals 4.
Sure grapes grow near the ocean. Have you never heard of SEA GRAPES? Silly girl! I used to pick them all the time in Hawaii!

Oh, and let me tell you....what Elle did to it? Pictures DO NOT do it justice! To see it in person...OMG! AWESOME, SIMPLY AWESOME!!
I want to be her when I grow up!

You can tell the pics aren't great of Elle's work. It would be hard to take a pic of what she did...I just can't wait!!!!!! (And Big boy does not qualify for 3 cats...you'll hurt his feeling is you don't be careful!)

Nah, he knows I love him.
Right now he's outside trying to catch a Praying Mantis.

I'll try to get a GOOD pic of the quilt for you.
Will have to have 2 people hold it...it's big!
I just love it! Are you sure you won't let me keep it?
Just for safe keeping? ;)

:D :D :D Glad it arrived safely, that time didnīt take too long at all Terri.

Glad you like it, no I take rotten pics, never was any good with a camera.
I loved all the lavender colours on Pattiīs quilt it was just so restful.

I can see you are going to have a hard time letting that one go I loved it too.

It actually came on Monday, but since I had to sign for it and wasn't home, I had to go to the post office to pick it up.
Yesterday was Guam Liberation Day and the street near the post office was a mess. There was NO WAY I was going anywhere NEAR that area, so had to wait until today to pick it up.
I had other errands to run and while I was out of the van, I tucked it up under the seat so it couldn't be seen and no one could break in and steal it. :)
It sure is beautiful and Elle, you did an awesome job. Don't know WHAT I am going to do with it. Well, I think I do, but not sure. Maybe a "plain" border as not to interfere with the ribbons you put on, then "anchor" blocks with grapes. That was my first thought, but I dunno. I have to get it layed out so I can see the entire thing. Haven't had 2 people around to hold it up for me yet. I tried to lay it on the carpet, but 2 cats wanted to see it too. lol
