If I do the stained glass look I have the image drawn I will use, it is an optical 3D illusion.

Hey Kassaundra, from this last list it looks like you have to make two quilts!

Ube - those quilts from the show are GORGEOUS ... I especially love the blackbirds quilt!!!!

I so wish I was retired and could spend all day quilting!!!!

I have extra fabric from my shopping spree in New Orleans ... if I made a wall hanging with that fabric would that work? It would be very "Louisiana specific" ...

The more I look at the 3D drawing the more I love it. Gary, my husband saw it yesterday and said it looked nice, and was wondering what I was doing w/ it. I have not done a stained glass inspired quilt yet. I'll have to do some stash diving for satins and see what colors scheme I can come up with.

I think I'd like to join in! I like the length of time - it gives me time to figure out what I want to do (i haven't made a wall hanging before!). And time to finish up a commission too. Haha!

Welcome celandine. The nice thing abut this swap is there is absolutely no pressure, make what you want and enjoy swapping. I have done many of these swaps and each one gets better and better.
peace
