The weather here has been so nice that it does not feel like fall. The rain is trying to come down today so feels a bit more like fall. The leaves are still mostly green. Glad I have that bag of fall fabrics all sorted out of my scraps and stash. Touching base with you all.

Got my mini quilt together. Going to quilt it tomorrow. I came up with something different then what I was going to do. I like this better.

a friend on the swap sent me a picture to do an applique. I think i'll do it.
She also sent me two beautiful fall fabrics I plan to use on my mini.
Now, off to the sewing room to start. I hope to have it complete by the weekend.

well, I set the pedal to the metal as they say and finished off my mini yesterday. didn't think i'd get it done that quickly, but sat down and concentrated on it and finished it off. Now to get an extra or two and get it in the mail. No camera, so no sneak peaks. Hopefully Klaws can take a photo for me and post the mini.

how's everyone's weather? we had a terrible downpour earlier and now it's sunny out. weather is unseasonally warm, but i'll take it with out any complaints. enjoy the makings of another good swap.
