Yes, missy t...make them dig! I had a Pfaff I kept having trouble with and every time I took it in they couldn't find anything. On the fourth time in, they broken it down right in front of me and then they find it. The whole idt mechanism had come apart, and the screw was laying on the mother board just waiting to short the whole thing out, and I didn't' have a problem? I sold it! I did however, buy a new 4.0. Well, I say new but it was owned by a lady that brought it in before the year was up, and traded up to the Creative Vision. I got all the new machine warranty for 5 years...
Sooooo make them stay with it and fix it right. We sure pay enough for our machines. You'll be back to sewing before long.

I meant to mention that the new address is effective March 1, 2013, so if fellow Atlantic groupies haven't sent out their F8 to me, plz use my current address on VanOwen. Yes, we're neighbors. In fact, my daughter, who is 23 and I spent Sat at downtown Disney and she wants to go to Disneyland for her birthday in March. Go figure - - -
