Just back from the PO!! Package out to one of the "M" states.

I sent my package in two stages, one from here in UK and an order for "the one thing I want" from Amazon US. I know the Amazon package has been delivered but was unable to put a gift note on saying who it was from so SP you will have received something which you know will be from your SP but have no idea who it is from until you receive the package from the UK.

Today, the Postman came---and the Postman went, with no secret pal package for me! BUT, he did leave my order of fabulous buttons I ordered again on line! I think I am developing a button addiction now to go along with my fabric addiction!! Just have to post a photo, they are begging to be seen!! They'll be great on purses I make! All are from1 1/4" to 1 1/2"

Quiltnut4ever - you are certainly welcome. I am so glad you liked everything. I had alot of fun putting this package together. You gave me things to look for that I usually dont get the chance to go searching for. This was also my first time to make a mugrug and it was very fun to get so creative. Enjoy everything and happy sewing.

Thanks everyone for the prayers and best wishes. Today was hard but we all know she is in a much better place and pain free.

Marytoddliz - that jeweled 'thing' is a purse holder. It fits on the end of the table and holds your purse off the floor, but close to your knee so it won't be picked up by someone who doesn't own it. I love mine - keeps my hand made quilted purses somewhat cleaner. Glad you enjoyed everything and hope your camera is up and working, cause I didn't take a picture before it left. I get so excited filling the boxes, I forget that step!!

Oh that is so cool, my hubby thought it might be a stocking holder to hold the stocking on the mantle. I like the purse holder, we went to dinner the other night I wish I had know I would have used it. Now he will just have to take me out again!

We do a "Date Night" once a month, so I will have a chance to use it.

I have been using my Web Cam on my lap top to take pictures of Blocks and fabric, but I think it might be hard to hold up all those goodies... But on a good note we are going to go looking for a new camera after Thanksgiving, figured we might just luck into a good deal.

My November Secret Pal Swap box arrived today from tracibug. I am posting a photo of the things she sent.....fabulous fabrics, dishtowels (can never have too many of those especially during the Holidays), hot chocolate (that I will make when I want to put up my feet and relax). That round silver and bronze thing is a key chain with a nail clipper....how neat is that???!!! Thank you, Traci!!!
