Vicki that is a very cute donation quilt. I agree a child will really like it.

Scrappy Quilt for SIL
2 Attachment(s)
I was determined to use up scraps so decided to try one using as much of my scraps as possible. I made this for my SIL to help her recover after a car accident. I was able to use all scraps with the exception of the border and put together using QAGY method so the back is scrappy too.

Vicki your quilt is so stunning! Love, love, love the triangle squares!
The child's mystery quilt is also adorable...super fun and cute! :) Thank you for sharing ladies! |
That's wonderful Vicki, I just love scrappy quilts. And I love the back as much as the front. I think this year, I have to get my UFO's finished, and not buy any more fabric, and next year do a scrappy or three or six and use up all my fabric, so I can buy more. I make little quilts a lot so it doesn't use up my stash very quickly. So hope you don't mind if I start with some of my scraps and copy you.

Such striking quilts folks! The blue border in the triangle quilt sets it off so well--and yes the back is great as well.

Wow Vicki, I absolutely love your scrappy! Got to buckle down and do one someday.
