You ladies are doing great. I may borrow the idea of the snails trail for one of my rows, it is a beach theme as well. That could give me the last block I need to finish it. Just snooping around.

I have an HQ16 that I will use to do mine. I bought it a couple of years ago with money I inherited from my Mamaw. I am not the best but I am getting better.

Leaning toward hand quilting. Don't have a the means to do otherwise at the moment.

I also came up with ocean waves block for another one to add to the appliques. I think I have finally figured out peggyzos row. Oh I know, I am from Group #11, just wanted some ideas is all. Fun to look around and see the creativity. mailing deadline is coming up so have to get busy.

I worked on Sherri's row today. I am having to fight my urge to add touches other than the butterflies. I kept imagining an embroidered flower with a butterfly hovering near it. I may have to do a table runner or wall hanging of my own so that I can use some of those ideas!

I expect to mail this weekend when I am off work.

How is everyone else doing? It is COLD here. I am sewing with my little heater going at my feet.

Ladies, it is nearing the time to mail again, which is Feb. 1.

Never used 1930's fabric before nor did scrappy so I hope I've come somewhere near the mark...I surely tried. Did take pictures which came out horrible but will send them anyway as there's no way to get better pictures....maybe I need to charge the camera?????? Hope you like them Jane. Will probably mail Sat. or Mon. Sherry. Okay? Haven't heard from you for a while...was getting worried! Will try to post....hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
