I can't remember who we were supposed to notify when we mail the DQ's. Can someone tell me who is filling in for Krystyna?

If anyone else if missing a partner please let me know. |

I have received a lovely DQ today from Kitsykeel.
Kitsy was trying to think of something that says we are thankful, the song by Maurice Chevalier kept coming to her mind. Thank heavens for little girls, without them what would little boys do. Therefore the cutest little pink and blue quilt. I'm going to have to keep it away from the grandkids. Thank you sooooo much, I love it! |
Needlegrammy, awesome little quilt! I wasn't expecting to see pink/blue this month, guess my brain was stuck in the colors of thanksgiving. BUT I love it! especially the reason of what kitsykeel is thankful for! Great job Kitsy!

Now that was a great creative interpretation of thankful. I love it! I was just thinking of Neldas signature on the QB it says be a donor become a legand.. I am a transplant recipient who would not be here without that donation. This is a tough holiday for me. i am so thankful its not funny. Grateful, thankful, humbled. Yet I am sad for the family who lost someone and this is their first holiday without their loved one. It is to say the least a mixed bag of emotions. I am also waiting for another transplant with hope. Thanks to science and medical advancements I can hope. That is what I am thankful for this year. and of course, you guys.. you have been here with me, supporting me and encouraging me. Quilting has helped me more than anyone here can know. I had forgotten how to and have been held by the hand by several of you until I get what I am forgetting to do. Hugs to all you for your kindness. What a lucky lady I am.
