By "silver" - do you mean the metallic print on fabrics
or do you mean a pale gray fabric or either/both? |
Either/both
Really good question. Sorry about that |
I'm going to find the book and look at the blocks.
|
It is definitely worth looking at the book before purchasing it.
The book has line drawings of the blocks - drawn "in the manner of. . " Some of the drawings do not appear to match the pictures of the blocks. There are NO templates and NO instructions on how to assemble the blocks in the book (unless it has been revised in the last year or so) |
I do not believe that it has been revised in the last year or so. I could be wrong. My copy only has the drawings.
|
To get us started, I'm going to do 2 sets.
one of A-6 Uncle Homer one of C-12 Family Reunion |
I would definately have to have cutting instructions. I'm doing the Farmer's Wife on here and someone is doing the rotary cutting directions thank goodness or I wouldn't be able to make it.
I'm not real fond of templates either. |
Sewhappy30, I'd be happy to help you work out cutting instructions if you choose to join. Just let me know. :)
|
There are several blocks that are "easy" - just squares and rectangles - hurry up and claim them.
