My cousin, Nina just had her little boy, Hunter on August 21, like Brooklyn he had to be born 3 weeks early. A week later, her sister announced she is pregnant. Her twins were had to be done through invetro because she was having a hard time getting pregnant and this baby just happened. My Aunt thought that after Hunter, she wasn't going to have anymore grandchildren. My cousin is still in shock. She is due at the end of January, beginning of Feb. She found out yesterday what she was having.

We don't know the exact dates yet, my DH has a work delivery that's due the 12th, so depending on how that goes we'll know our schedule then. But sounds like fun! Darlene, If you are going to be in Ohio, maybe we can set up some kind of a meet and greet at a restaurant near your daughter's while you are here. There are lots of members that are in Ohio. If you are interested in trying to do it..l. What town or area is your daughter in and about when will you be in Ohio? Who would want to join us?

Vicki, my Granddaughter who will be 3 Oct 14th has 17 quilts, not to mention how many DQ's she has...If I try a new pattern, she gets it first! My Daughter told me I have to think of something else for this Birthday, so I am making her some Clothes. I know what you mean about your Daughter always being your baby, that is me with my Daughter, she will always be my baby! I hope you have a wonderful experience with the new sweet Granddaughter.

Have any of you ever had to make a second quilt? I am for dgd because the pattern I chose was all applique and there is no way I can get it done on time. So I have zipped one together for now until the other one is done.

Oh, I love Gunner, he is adorable. I have a friend who just got a new Boxer puppy, his name is Buddy and I think he is 3 months old also. I love puppies, they are so cute, but I think I will stick with Cats, we travel too much and it would be so hard to leave a dog, but the cats, they run the house anyway!
I am going to Seattle on Oct 12th, I can't wait to give my Daughter big hugs! and my Granddaughter, I get to be her "Nanna" for a whole week while Mommy goes to school! It will be so fun! I am taking her shopping for fabric! LOL we will see if she will be a future quilter! My daughter is taking a class for continuing units with my sister, they are both Social Workers, my sister for Hospice and my Daughter for Developmentally Disabled Adults.
LOL, I think I have chatter box fever today! Can't shut me up~
