I had a throw, an older quilt from my neighbor on my sofa. It was not directly in sunlight but the sun reflected off the mirrors and glass and anything metal causing indirect but direct "reflection" on to the sofa. The throw faded. So my fabric is under cover of a cabinet DH made me. I have a large mirror in my room but the cabinet has solid doors on it. What you could do is purchase or you may have a large panel you're not sure how you want to use. If it's big enough, cut it into sections to fit your doors like you're looking through a window. You can back it with black or a darker fabric so the light doesn't penetrate. Or possibly and "Attic Window" pattern blocks for each window. Or a bookcase pattern using the fabric from each shelf.

Is there some sort of window film that block the sun rays?

All I can say is you did GOOD, GOOD, GOOD, on your cabinets and how tidy they are. Thanks for sharing.

Wow, what a beautiful display in your wonderful re-done cabinets! I would stand there all day and just smile--until I started petting the fabric, pulling out 3 or 13 or 30 to play with, make a mess of, sew...you get the idea.

I agree with the others about protecting your fabric. Glass will only intensify the effects of light, whether the light is direct or not, so I'd find a fabric that to coordinate with your decor and attach it behind the glass. I know it's terribly fun to see your stash at a glance, but I think a safer alternative is to cover it.

Punched tin would be great! You could install the panels with those mirror locks or those little turning metal locks for pictures to hold it into the "frames" behind the glass. I bet you could find some nice sewing designs to punch, Then use a stain to age them.
