    Default Hubby brightened my day

Literally !! He has been trying to talk me into adding more light to my main sewing room.
Back then I had better eyesight...lol and didn't need it. So I finally gave in and we headed off to Home Depot. In search of a new light fixture. We came home with a 4 bulb florescent shop light with T8 tubes (the real skinny ones).
He put in a small light switch next to my design wall for when I am working on that side of the room. I was amazed at how much brighter my room is now. I saw platoons of dust bunnies I never knew were there. Time for a good cleaning in there very soon.

The little silver ball hanging down from the ceiling is my little "disco ball".

    p.s.
I took a picture of the box, in case anyone wants to know which kind we bought.

I have those work lights over each station (sewing, cutting & ironing) and love them. Mine are only the 2 bulb kind (didn't know they made a 4 bulb) and I love them.

I love your disco ball! Does it make lots of sparkles? I'd like to have one, but too many sparkles would make me crazy(er).

Good light can certainly make a difference. Worth coralling a few dust bunnies, I'd say! It looks like you have a great space to create in!

I would rather have those lights than what I have in my room. I have the kind on a what I call the wings. I guess I shouldn't complain about them, because my DH did put mine up for me. He doesn't like to work with anything electrical. When he does do something with electrical he makes sure the main breaker is turned off for the whole house. You are one lucky Lady that your DH does this for you, and is Handsome to boot. LOL
