I replaced my regular bulbs with LED bulbs. I love the no heat and brightness of them. They are the daylight bulbs.
I use to have those lights in my 'old' sewing room. They don't work for me now.

i replaced my old shop lights with the new led ones too. Super bright. And no flickering and heat. Got them at lowes. Sams has some also and cheaper. But get the daylite or bright ones.
