Doesn't seem like much progress for a whole day
 

I only emptied one and half bins of scraps plus the pile and I vow right now to never let them get a head of me again!

Any progress is good progress. I am so easily distracted these days I am thrilled to finish anything.

Thanks I really like the pink and green too. The ironing board cover was the most challenging to make, but I have it figured out now!

I swear my scraps take a deep breath and expand when I try to organize them.:)

Every time I make a scrappy quilt I think my scraps have doubled. tjk829 -- I have been doing the same thing you did, but I have been cutting strips too when I have longer pieces.

Is that home dec weight fabric?
