    adnil458, Do you know that There is a new quilt square that was hung on the music building at Lenior-Rhyne college? It was designed and make by my daughter, She studied the history of the college and made a quilt with all the history told on different blocks, then gave the quilt to a professior who has been wonderful to her.I think it is kind of cool to have quilting displayed like this. Wished I could have gotten down to the quilt show this weekend.

    I live about an hour and a half away but my best quilt buddy lives in Newton. We will definitely check out your daughters quilt! That's wonderful . My friend won viewer's choice at show with a BOM we both did from The Cotton Quilt in Granite Falls. She completed hers and I have slept under it several times. Mine is hanging over the bannister waiting for me to fix and attach flying geese ;(

    I attended Hickory quilt show. It was wonderful, so many beautiful quilts.! Great show
