There is a place near Rockaway run by Quakers (I think)that I stayed at years ago. They have a lodge setup with bunks and kitchen on the sides and a great room in the middle. If we're going after camp season, there are always lodges at Campfire outfits that might be available. Not at the beach but quiet! There are a couple of places in Seaside too. Ocean View Inn sleeps 15 and Gateway Inn sleeps 15. Where we stayed last time is 175 a night.The Astoria property is 99 a night both great rates.I need to know how many are interested so we know how big we need.I would say either the last w/e of Oct. or first w/e of Nov.

WOW, loved the Surf Pines in Gearhart! But kinda spendy.
My BFF's husband is the GM of the Riverside Suites in Seaside. I always can get a free room there! But not sure if they have larger units. I'll ask her. |
