Oh how beautiful it is and love your pattern. The mint green is a lovely back ground and hand Baptist fan is the best. Nice Job!!!

Now that's a quilt! Made with many different pieces of fabrics to blend into a pattern and be cuddled!!!!!! Piano key border is excellent way to use "all that's left"......

A very traditional pattern done with antique fabrics and beautifully executed with the classic Baptist fan quilting, I bet you will fool an appraiser into thinking this is an antique quilt! Great job and fun story behind it.

What a great thing! I love the quilt and I think the daughter did such a nice memorial to her mother and her amazing stash!

You did a wonderful job with the fabrics. I love the piano key border to tie all the different prints together. You did an exquisite job of hand quilting using the Baptist fan pattern. An excellent pattern and quilting to remember your friend who loved collecting antique fabrics.

What a terrific way to honor & use up that fabric! And for $35, you got a deal. Was she able to get this done in one party or did she have several? LOL
