I just finished this about 10 minutes ago! It's for my younger daughter, who is not actually officially engaged yet, but they are planning on getting married sometime within the next few years. I had already made her another quilt in beige tones, so I wanted to make her something colorful, and I think this one fits the bill! It's from a Better Homes and Gardens Scrap Quilts book I bought, and I had to enlarge it to a queen size (oh, no, MATH!) I started it on my old machine, then when I got my new machine I really got busy with it. Her boyfriend likes the color orange (yeah, there's no explaining that!), so I wanted to be sure there was some orange in this quilt. There are so many other colors in it, he probably won't even notice!
