one of you ladies, said 'health' reasons...... That first jane i did, was done during a winter of being VERY sick. severe congestion, pnem, just couldn't shake it. so i would just get up, get dressed and do jane blocks. it got me thru that winter........... and i was not getting around good. i fell and broke a shoulder, and one arm in 3 places as i was embrod the '0" on the number of pieces. right in front of a 2 yr old grdsn.----and soooo had to just 'suck it up'. he even handed me the phone to call the ambulance...........

REALLY???? Two ? I have so many questions... I'm working up a fever to do this quilt. I got the fever a few years ago and realized I had to many UFOs', well, I still have the same problem. It's hard to justify starting one more quilt, we'll see... I do hope to skip on down to Vermont to see Jane's original at Bennington this fall. Have you ever been? How long did each take you from start to finish? I just love your quilts and the work you have done really is impressive!

Does this book have patterns for paper piecing the blocks or just directions and sizes to cut the units for the blocks? I want to make one but would prefer to paper piece it to maintain a very accurate block.
