    Default Airplane Quilt for dh

This is what I made for my dh, but I see I positioned the quilt upside down when taking photos (oops). You get the idea anyway, I hope! It makes 5 completed quilts in my lifetime (and many more on my "want to do list." Happy Thanksgiving, everyone.

My brother would be so envious if he saw this. It looks great.

Nice. Was your husband a paratrooper?

I love it and I'm sure your hubby will too. You did a load of fussy cutting and the pinwheels work out perfectly with the planes as they resemble propellers! Great job!

No, never a paratrooper; just an enthusiastic pilot of a 4 seater airplane. Got his license late in life, and now he's having the time of his life! (the fabric with vintage planes was just what I was able to find!)
