What a great idea.....to take it further, what size did you finally end up with and what did you square the blocks to? I have found that some layer cakes are not the correct size.....kind of "wonky".

Very pretty quilt. It is so colorful. Thank you for telling us how you made the squares. I think Jenny Doan of MSQC has a You Tube video about it. It is great to have a quilt be quick and done.
