Default Yellow and blue runner top done

It's a long one--will finish at about 62 by 23. The outer borders are wider than they will be in order to quilt the edges easier. I found the perfect back for it--blue/yellow flowers--not from the same fabric line. Will free motion quilt it with a simple motif and bind in dark or medium blue. Someone already called dibs on it. I'll make a few smaller ones to toss in the craft sale pile. This fabric makes me happy.

Your runner is so pretty and reminds me of Spring time! I love the fabrics and placement of the squares. You have inspired me to make something like this with my purple fabrics.

Very pretty! I don't know how big the flowers on your backing are but you might be able to quilt around them from the back for your FMQ.

That's a neat idea! They are packed daisies, so it's more quilting than I wanted to do. But I will keep that in mind for other projects.

Very pretty! Did you have a pattern for this or is it your own design? I've been looking for a long runner pattern to make for DS and DDIL at their request. I'm a pattern dependent person

I can certainly understand why this fabric makes you happy.
