    I just could swear I saw a technique kinda like this in one of my Mary Ellen Hopkins' books. Let me wade thru my sewing studio later today & see what I can turn up. Can you tell this is driving me crazy? Don't you HATE it when you know you think you saw something somewhere or have something but just can't put your hands on it? Grrrrrrrrrrrr! Maybe this is the quilt fairy's way of hinting I may need to sort my books better.
