Default Baby Quilt and Matching Bag

My husband works at our local courthouse 2 days a week. There is a very nice young lady there that has been very helpful to him that is expecting early in the spring. I did the math for yardages and how many blocks I would need and once again my math skills failed me...sigh... cut too many blocks and had yardage left over. I did however manage to make it a 'happy mistake' by making a matching bag to go with the quilt. I did put in a removeable rigid bottom so the bag will stand up. It was actually fun to design the bag from scraps.

What a pretty quilt, and only a mother would think of all of the things you did for the bag. Lovely and bright for an infant, and reversible. Glad I don't need one, but would go to you to make it for me. Great job.
