the pattern is by Piecemakers, the Country Store in California. The professional quilter sewed snowflakes on the first border and she sewed Christmas Hollies on the second border. A little bit of top stitching only to stabilize the quilt (as suggested in the pattern). Thank you for your comments.

Many thanks to all of you for your kind words. I really didn't know what I was getting into when I started it, but I loved stitching it, it was addictive. It is going to my daughter's new home in July. She is really looking forward to having it on her bed.
