Default Bobtail Dinosaur Quilt

It was close, but this Christmas present is done, for better or for worse. I named him Bobtail because somehow I didn't make enough bargello to make his tail longer. This was my first attempt at long-arm quilting -- won't be entering any shows any time soon! The pattern is by Karen Gibbs, who wrote Bits of Bargello. I made it reversible and also made a pillow case. Hope those teeth don't scare my grandson!

That is a great quilt! Bobtail has personality. The scales you quilted are wonderful. Your grandson will be so happy with it.

There will be lots of jealous little boys over this quilt. My son thinks it's great. Like someone else noted, I think you did a great job with the dino's scales.

It looks great, Sis. I think your quilting looks fine and we really had a good time that weekend.
