Well quilters, I ripped it back and did a diamond in the middle of a white block to match the pieced border and am now ready to measure and complete the last two borders. I will take a pic when I do that. The last all around border will be solid with no corner stones. I am so glad I asked here for opinions. Thank you all so much. I have no regrets other than the loss of time it took me to redo it. With this much sunshine and warmth, hard to be inside.

I think it depends alot on what you're going to bind it with. Lay the binding over the corner and see what apeals to you with the binding on. The white square looks like it's half (actually 1/4 of the size it should be-is it?)It's going to be a beauty no matter what you do.

Frannie that's a great idea. Show us when you've finished it. I'm like you - if it's not feeling right - gotta stop and ask around. My poor sons and DH are getting to be experts of the eye. Value especially the opinions on this board. Great eyes here. Can't wait to see it.

#1, but would like it even better if that little white square were also of the flowered fabric. As is, it sort of interrupts the continuity of it. ???

For some reason I don't like the white. It stands out all on it's opwn and looks lost. How about another color from your quilt. Just my opinion.
