    I would go with lime for inside border, plaid outside border and dark brown binding.

    I think I would go with a thin green, then wider border in the plaid then bind in brown.

    I'd go with a yellow for a thin border, then plaid, and bind in either green or brown

    Ditto on this idea. Except for the brown for binding. I might go for the green again for binding too.
