Default Christmas quilt from Angela Walters' design

In the first episode of Angela Walters' youtube series, "the Midnight Quilt Show", she did this quilt in pastels. If you haven't watched this, here's a link ... she is really a hoot! (https://www.youtube....h?v=RALAoECvKPA)

Anyway, I liked her design, but instead of pastels with a light background, I wanted to use up some Christmas fabric. Here's my version before binding:

I used some quilting motifs from Lori Kennedy to quilt it.

Here's a pic showing the striped binding and the "snowbear" backing:

Happy New Year, all!

I'm not too much into Christmas quilts, probably because the season passes so quickly. But you do have a beautiful quilt.

I watched that video last night!!! Seems like something I could accomplish. Yours is very pretty. I watched anxiously as that wine glass was way too often in the way! Love your poinsettia and ribbon-candy quilting!

I love what you did with this pattern. Now it looks made to be a Christmas quilt pattern! Awesome quilting too. I loved that first episode. I laughed so many times through it.
