Default Christmas Tree (small wall hanging)

Named this "The Night Before Christmas". It's 16" square and I used a free PP pattern from Forest Quilting called "Pine and Skirt". I wanted to add the wreaths so I embroidered them on dissolvable stabilizer, so they came out stiff to just tack on. Also, I enlarged the skirt part of the pattern 150% so it was as wide as the tree. My little sewing group did this as a challenge. 4 of us made it and they were all beautiful and so different. Another fun project. Thanks for looking......Donna

Very sweet. It looks like a face looking at me. Great job on that skirt.

Forest quilting has ALOT of great paperpiecing patterns, I just love the chasing geese, have done a few. Love mini quilts so always room for more. Great Job!

Very cute - I agree, at first glance I saw a face! I like the edge of the tree skirt.
