Love your triangle quilt! Are the triangles appliquéd on the background or pieced in it? Very cute, modern quilt.

First let me say thank you for your kind words. I appreciate them.

As for the triangle, I was wanting to make a quilt for little Elle and for some reason all I could see when I thought of this little girl was triangles. So I sat down and started to play with those thoughts, random sized triangles with a falling balancing act within a box is what came to mind. I wanted something new and whimsical and I hope that is what comes across in this quilt. It was really fun.

Thank you so much. These triangles are hand-appliqued on using the standard 1/4" seam allowance. It was super fun quilt to do.
