    Now how cute is that?!! Crows feet to match the repro birdie fabric! I have that fabric by the way! You really did it justice with your other fabrics and embroidery touches! Those church babies are blessed to have a nana like you!

    thank you barn,yes it is hand work. don't usually do hand work, but the piecing was so simple i thought it needed something a little more special. the crows feet is really fast. only took a few hours.

    bdor, the long threads are the tacking. just make one stitch and leave a tail. it is a quick way to finish a quilt.

    I'm so glad I decided to check out your "posts." I'm learning so much! Again, I have never seen crow foot tacking on a quilt. What a creative, neat idea. I love it and will definately use it in the future. Thanks for sharing. Your baby quilts are darling and your heart is extra special, too. How great of you to make new baby quilts for all the new little ones in your church. I'm sure you keep very BUSY making them.
