crow foot tacking on baby quilt
#21
hi feathers, thanks for checking out my stuff.
i need lots of practice and baby quilts are the best way for me. i used to machine quilt each one but i have started adding hand work and find it addictive. very relaxing.
we are not a really big church, about 200, but lots of fertile young couples :wink: :shock: :wink:

Hi Nanobird;
I used to crochet, knit and embroider but I have bad arthritis in my hands and I just can't do it anymore so I do everything on the machine..if it can't be done with the macine, it doesn't get done by me!

I know what you mean about the arthritis, Feathers,. I have it in a lot of places I wish I hadn't :D . Hands are the worse though cause I'm addicted to hand quilting and counted cross stitch. When my thumb starts hurting and not working a take a rest and pop a few Ibupropens! In a little bit I'm at it again. :D Glutton for punishment. :D ) I have to look at EVERYTHING on this site and ALL the comments! Took me all night going from one to my in mail to another and back and forth! Finally learned (took a while.) to just go to the first one, and go back and forth to the picture forum to get to all the new ones! Now it only takes half the night and I get to bed before 1am. :D
