My daughter and I are planning to make as many pieces as we can (she's crochets and knits) to have a craft sale in November. We don't know where yet. I decided to work on some left over squares from past projects to get a few wall hangings going. Plus it'll give me something for quilting practice.
Here's what I've put together since yesterday. Just putting squares together and deciding on borders. I like the results so far.
I have the fabrics selected for the next two quilts, but it's kind of nice to work on small stuff for awhile.

I know what you mean about working on small stuff. It's pretty satisfying because you can actually finish something! Also, the smaller stuff seems likely to sell quicker if that's what you want to do. Some people may not be able to afford a whole bed quilt, but a wall hanging or a table runner in just the right colors might be exactly what they want!
