Don't look at this unless you are one who wanted ongoing pictures of purple Bargello
#21
Okay, I have been attempting to take a picture that will show the "true" purple colors, as they are richer and darker than they appear in the picture I took last night. I am not sure I have been successful. I thought daylight might make it look less watched out. Didn't really work out.
In fact, the picture that shows the color most accurately doesn't show the whole quilt, but anyone really interested in the more accurate colors will get the idea, I think. My quilt inspector insisted on being in it, and then he was lurking so well, I just took his picture to share.
Back to Bargelloing....thanks for the nice comments!!

Nina, Your purple one is as beautiful as your brown one. I make a brown one with your help and it turned out beautiful. I gave it as a wedding present and they loved it. You are hard at work making another one and it is beautiful .Do you quilt them yourself or so you send them out? KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK! Josie

Thanks, Josie! I am glad your brown Bargello turned out good!! What a thoughtful wedding gift. I quilt my own quilts. I am basically too cheap to send them out, and I actually prefer SID to anything else, and I have gotten rather good at that.
