Wanted to show everyone what I worked on this weekend. It is a pattern that I revised from one that my sister drafted. I made this out of the Kansas Troubles line (my FAVORITE fabric of Moda's) called Butterfly Garden. I still need to add the dark green inner border and then finish off with the dark burgundy floral border. The completed size will finish right at 100 x 100.

I love Kansas Troubles, too, can't go wrong with their stuff! Your top is looking great, super pattern that will really look nice as a quilt top.

Your quilt top is beautiful. I am eager to get something going but afraid at the same time. I fear that I will miss cut the material and waste it.

Thank you. You should just jump right in and give it a whirl! :) I was like you when I first started to quilt and now I don't even give it a second thought.
