    I got the pattern from our local Fab Shop Hop in Nov. I've made 10 sets. Gave some as gifts & sold some at work :) :) :) I've gotten really good at binding after I made 20 of these.
    They measure 9 x 9. The Hello Kitty ones I embroidered on my Janome. All were sewn together with a walking foot on my Bernina.

    These are really great! Are they "thick" enough to actually protect the hands from a hot pan?

    They are very thick, they have between 6 to 9 layers of flannel. It just depended on which flannel I used.

    what is the name of the pattern so we can buy the pattern at our local quilt shop (lqs) or have them to order the patterns in so we can buy them
