Beautiful! And what an amazing friend you are. In our church we have a caring quilt that is given to people who are sick, have lost loved ones, etc. that they can get comfort from, healing, etc. for a period of time and then it's passed to the next person in need. It's amazing how much comfort and joy a quilt can bring. Blessings to you as you deliver this to your friend.

Did you know that tradition started in the Native American Nation? I think its a wonderful idea. In the Native American Community before you give it back to the Medicine man you wash the quilt in order to rid it of your "issue".
