I love the cabinet. What is the s/n? Have you looked it up on the Singer Website to see what model it is and when it was allocated?

I will have to look at the serial number. I paid for it but left it at the shop. My son is coming home for Memorial Day weekend so I will pick it up then. It needs a belt and a few other things. I saved the tutorial on a restoring a Singer. Hope I can get it working. Will let people know once I get it home.

I already am bitten by the bug. I can hardly wait to get started on it. I may go back to the antique shop to get the serial number so find out more info. I like redoing things so this should be fun. I was online and was surprised on how much information and parts are available.
