This is a good old rail fence brought to life (in my estimation anyway) by the combination of colors. I really enjoy the movement brought to the quilt by the border fabric. I wanted to focus on the colors and movement of the border fabric so it's quilted with simple diagonals. The binding fabric will be the same as the border.

Lovely colours .... you mentioned the border fabric, is it the same as the print in the one rail strip?

so how about a pic of the borders?
the rail fence blocks are nice- great colors- would love to see the borders you are happy with.
