I had a special project to do for a friend. Her mom died and left a bunch of fabric...my friends daughter had a baby a couple days ago so the fabric of the great grandmas was to be used to make a quilt for new baby. I can't seem to get a good picture of this one but it really is cute in person. The other bright colorful one is an easy one to do i just bordered a panel with some flannel and added the 6.5 inch squares around it. The corners have soft fuzzy fabric and there is a mixture of cottons and flannels. this one is for my daughters good friend's baby.

Love those quilts! Now I know what to do with a few panels I have!
Thank you! I get the best ideas from this board! I'm grateful!

I am wondering if binding the multicolored one with the lime green would be a nice compliment? What do you think?
