Thread: Two More Double Irish Chain Lap Quilts Finished

    Here are two more lap quilts recently completed. The first one is a donation to a charity event on 11/11/11. The backing on this one is pieced. I made the second one as a Christmas gift for my mom, who wanted a bigger lap quilt. She said she "likes brown and green," so it's done in taupes and dark green with a hint of burgundy.

    I always recommend this pattern from Eleanor Burns because it can be pieced in a day.

    Those are lovely - I have made a 120x120 in a double Irish Chain for our eldest son and have yet to try and fmq on my domestic but I will!
