    This quilt ended up way beyond what I thought I could do. I have to thank God for the bright ideas and my husband for his artistic monitering. My 13 yr old grandson hopefully, will be blown away by this Christmas gift.

    If your gandson doesn't like it, you can send it my way!! GREAT QUILT! Are all those little waves pieced out of tiny squares? Wow!

    I made it to fit his full size bed. It is now quilted and ready for the border, which will make it 83x98.

    Yes. I made a series of rows sideways and then cut and sew them together to form the wave pattern.

    I love this quilt! What a fun quilt for your grandson, and if he's not interested, I'll fight annamarie for it. :lol:
