    This was a great learning project, and I liked it - hand applique that is. The pattern is from Pacific Rim Quilt Co.

    I chose a batik fabric to work with and I must say- it hardly frays/ravels like some cottons. Some of the inside corners/curves could be a pain.

    Beautiful! I have that pattern. I made up my own a few years back but just have forgotten about this technique.
