    Default A follow-up to "Frustrated" - finished the quilt!

    I did put this away for a couple of days after I posted my 'frustrated' post just like most of you suggested and when I went back to it I had no problems and got it finished Sunday afternoon. Even made the 2 pillows to match. For my sister's wedding present this weekend. PS.....I added a photo of the corner because it is my first attempt to make mitered corners. Thanks to this board I understood what to do!

    Very pretty! Love the colors! It's amazing how being away from something that's frustrating you for just a short time can all of a sudden bring some clarity. I'm glad it all worked out for you. Great miter by the way!
