    Grand-daughter's 1st quilt

Here's one of my beautiful grand-daughters - and her first larger quilt - done just before she turned 9.(we've done a couple of doll quilts) She picked the fabric from my stash, i cut, but she did all the sewing - then i SID quilted and bound. It was a gift for her Mom for her birthday. We had a great time, and she wants to do another, this time doing the SID herself. I'm very proud of her.
    Thanks for looking.Name: Kylie's first quilt.jpg

What mother wouldn't love to have a quilt and a daughter like this! Here's a hanky for the happy tears. She did great. You must be so proud. BrendaK
