Love the quilt. I enjoy hand quilting. I learned it from my mom and grand mother. It seems I have lots of time when I am sitting and I need to keep my hands busy. I think I will try some quilt as you go; so Can carry when I travel. :D

You sound almost apologetic, you should be proud of the fact that you do it all yourself from start to finish. I make a lot of tops, tie a few, machine "stitch in the ditch" a few, send some out to be handquilted and just sent my first out to a longarmer. So it's whatever works for you. We will eagerly await your beautiful quilts!
