Default A really different "Baby Quilt"

Son's friends asked me to make the crib quilt for their baby boy, due after the new year. Mommy to be bought green skull fabric and green minky for the backing. Took me a while to figure out what to do with it, but here it is. Kept it simple so her fabric is the main part of the quilt, 9 patch, 40 X 60". White centers of 9 patches glow in the dark, green splotches. I enjoyed making it once I decided what to make and how to quilt it. I never used minky before and love how the quilting shows on the back. They loved it, which I enjoyed the most ! Thanks for looking

I'm so oldfashioned; I would never put skulls with a baby. That's why there something for everyone.

I just don't know what to say. Your quilting is lovely, you did a wonderful job on making a quilt that pleases the parents, but really? Skulls for a baby quilt? I hope this isn't a new fad.
