The hawaiian print works so well with that pattern. I really like this and your quilting takes it to a whole new level. Great job!

What a beautiful quilt, and it makes me smile thinking of all those Hawaiian shirts that didn't get made! When DD and DSIL went with 2 other couples to Maui this year, just for fun they all bought shirts made with a blue/yellow Hawaiian print.... not all the same style though... they sure got lots of laughs when they wore them out for dinners.

I think the shirts did get made! What I got looks like what was left of the fabric after the shirts were cut out. And there was way too much for it to have been only a few shirts!

You've outdone yourself kiddo, this is a great quilt. I love black, white, red. The pattern suits this perfectly & your quilting took it to a whole new level! Awesome job!
